I’m Monica Maria, and for 19 years I’ve been guiding women to develop emotional intelligence and step into personal leadership.
My work is rooted in more than three decades of lived experience in personal growth, holistic healing, and spiritual practice, alongside sixteen years of mentoring women-led businesses and cultivating community through immersive gatherings and long-term mentorship.
As an educator, community weaver, and spiritual guide, I support women who feel called to build meaningful, sustainable lives and work that are in service to something larger than themselves.
Born and raised in New York City, I now live and work in my motherland of Colombia, where my life and work continue to be shaped by devotion, embodiment, and a lived relationship with the land and its people.
